ROBERTA WEXLER FOUNDATION

Roberta Wexler has been an artist for about 70 years. The most important satisfaction that she could achieve from her artwork was that people would appreciate and enjoy looking at her work. At the age of 76, she was diagnosed with dementia / Alzheimer's Disease and we (her daughters') have decided to form the Roberta Wexler Alzheimer's Foundation to honor her life and her art passion.

We are selling copies of her artwork and donating the proceeds to the Long Island Alzheimer's Association. The proceeds will be used to help families with the huge costs of dealing with this devastating illness. It will be used to help pay for adult daycare, healthcare aides and other care that is necessary for these loved family members.
